As Managing Partner & Founder with OnTarget Consulting Services, LLC (OTCS), James Truesdale, MS, PMP®, CSPO®, CSM®, ITIL® is responsible for the overall leadership and vision for the current and future operations of the firm. He maintains the culture, vision, and overall direction of the organization and its related entities. He serves as the public representative and spokesperson for the organization and is ultimately accountable for all actions, deliverables, and activities of OTCS.

With regards to experience, Mr. James Truesdale has over twenty (20) years of combined Technology Project / Program Management experience in both the US and abroad that encompass ideation, sales, contract management, architectural design, and solution implementation. He has managed those multi-million dollar efforts while working for a Big 4 Consulting firm, a major multi-national corporation, and the State of Georgia. James completed the Master of Science in Public Management and Policy with a Concentration in Management of Information Technology at Carnegie Mellon University, The Heinz College, School of Public Policy and Management.
